Disinfection Protocols

At Estelle Bridal we are disinfecting hard surfaces, using UV and bleach solution. Also, we use air disinfectant spray between appointments. We will keep a reinforced, deep cleaning routine every night.
Stylists will wash their hands before and after every appointment. We will ask our Stylists, Brides, and guests, to disinfect their hands using hand sanitizer before entering the boutique to their private suite using hand sanitizer provided by Estelle Bridal.

Keeping Every Wedding Gown Clean

We practice a sanitization process, using a high-temperature hand steamer and UV for our dresses.

After each Fitting, dresses are placed on its hanger, performing a 20-second steam vaporizing treatment using the right temperatures depending on the fabric.

The dress is in a sanitized sheath, and a garment cover ensures no further contact before The Bride receives her dress on the wedding date.

Responsible Behavior for Our Clients

We have the following guidelines in agreement with other boutiques in the region. So all our brides know what to expect when bridal gown shopping in the new normal.

We require our staff, guest, and Brides to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will not keep your appointment, and we will be happy to reschedule one at the earliest convenience. Please make sure your mask covers your entire nose and mouth area.

At the moment, due to the contingency, we will be working only by appointment. Appointments will be limited to the Bride + 2 guests max. We are very sorry, but we will not accommodate small children as part of your party for the foreseeable future and recommend that high-risk individuals stay home.

Alterations appointments will be limited to just the Bride and seamstress for the foreseeable future.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms, have tested positive in the past 14 days, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive or is experiencing symptoms. We will give you a scheduling priority!
